Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide one call resolution for customer inquiries and issues
• Utilize call center experience to assist customers with service sales
• Handle inbound calls and emails related to bathroom remodeling products
• Adhere to service standards and provide excellent customer support
• Ensure asset protection by restocking and processing orders accurately

Required Skills:

• Experience in customer service with a focus on complaint resolution
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow first in, first out procedures
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience with order processing and payment processing
• Knowledge of merchandising and loading/unloading products

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience in baking or food service industry
• Knowledge of claims processing and resolution

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $34,470.00

Maximum Salary: $47,410.00
