Required Skills:

• Valid medical license to practice as an OB-GYN
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Exceptional clinical skills in women's health, prenatal care, and gynecological procedures
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with minimally invasive gynecological surgeries
• Familiarity with current clinical guidelines and best practices
• Multilingual abilities for diverse patient populations
• Participation in research or professional development activities in women's health

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
• Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred

Other Requirements:

• Availability for 8 a.m. to 8 a.m. call shifts
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Must adhere to all healthcare regulations and hospital policies
• Willingness to participate in occasional travel and training sessions, with reimbursements provided
