We are searching for a Physical Therapist to work in a private outpatient clinic serving children in Winchester, Kentucky. We have a full-time administrative staff to manage your physician orders, insurance verifications, prior authorizations, and any other support you may need as a contract therapist.

• Screens and evaluates patients.
• Develops appropriate plan of care documentation.
• Work with patients to reach all long and short term goals set by therapist and families.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and families.

• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.

• Degree from an accredited APTA program.
• Valid National Provider Identification (NPI) number is required.
