Catalent Pharma Solutions is seeking a Manager, Reliability Engineering, Automation and Capital Projects in Winchester, KY. This role leads the site reliability, automation, and capital projects teams to drive equipment performance, process improvements, and project delivery.
The position is fully on-site, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with oversight of cross-functional efforts across maintenance, operations, finance, CI, and quality to meet site objectives and regulatory requirements.
