Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on CNC machines, gear manufacturing equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems;
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and execute timely repairs to minimize downtime;
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment including gear cutters, grinders, lathes, milling machines, assembly tools, and other specialized drivetrain manufacturing tools;
Conduct routine facility maintenance (lighting, HVAC, air compressors, safety systems, etc.);
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work orders, inspections, parts usage, and downtime events
