Salary: $10,000 Commitment Bonus

Job Type: Full Time | Days

Schedule: 8a-4:30p, Monday - Friday

• Herniated or bulging discs
• Degenerative disc disease

You will assess patient condition and nursing care needs to create a specialized plan of care. You will collaborate with physicians and provide patients and/or family with instruction and education relevant to conditions. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills to directly impact patient wellbeing.

Applicants should have a current Kentucky or compact state RN license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.

• BLS required
• ACLS and PALS within 1 year of hire
• One year of experience preferred
