Location: Winchester, Kentucky

$10,000 Commitment Bonus

Schedule: 8a-4:30p, Monday – Friday

Our physicians, nurse practitioners and therapists treat a wide range of conditions affecting the back, neck, nerves and joints, including:

• Neck and lower back pain
• Post-surgical pain
• Sports and work-related injuries

You’ll make an impact by assessing the’s patient condition and nursing care needs to create a specialized plan of care. You will collaborate with physicians and provide patients and/or family with instruction and education relevant to conditions. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills to directly impact patient wellbeing.

Applicants should have a current Kentucky or compact state RN license and possess an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• BLS required
• ACLS and PALS within 1 year of hire
• One year of experience preferred
