Job Type: Full Time. Days: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. Salary:
Up to $10,000 (base compensation plus benefits).

Position SummaryAssists with developing departmental goals, standards, and objectives that support the organization’s strategic plan.
- Manages staff relations: performance management, staff satisfaction, conflict management.
- Handles scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagement.
- Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.
- Determines system/equipment/supplies needs, monitors usage, ensures proper stock.
- Assesses quality of patient care and coordinates services with staff, physicians, and other departments.
- Provides patient care when necessary.
- Creates an environment that encourages professional growth.
- Integrates evidence‑based practices into operations and clinical protocols.
- Current state RN license; RN to practice in Kentucky.
- Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
- One year of wound care experience (required).
- Certifications in Ostomy preferred; other related certifications acceptable.
- Applicable work experience may substitute for education requirements.
