Job Type: Full Time. Days: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. Salary:
Up to $10,000 (base compensation plus benefits).

Join Centerpoint Health – Winchester, a part of Lifepoint Health. As Manager, you will lead wound care services, ensuring quality patient outcomes and supporting staff.

Assists with developing departmental goals, standards, and objectives that support the organization’s strategic plan.

• Manages staff relations: performance management, staff satisfaction, conflict management.
• Handles scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagement.
• Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.
• Determines system/equipment/supplies needs, monitors usage, ensures proper stock.
• Assesses quality of patient care and coordinates services with staff, physicians, and other departments.
• Provides patient care when necessary.
• Creates an environment that encourages professional growth.
• Integrates evidence‑based practices into operations and clinical protocols.

• Current state RN license; RN to practice in Kentucky.
• Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
• One year of wound care experience (required).
• Certifications in Ostomy preferred; other related certifications acceptable.
• Applicable work experience may substitute for education requirements.
