How You'll Contribute

A State Registered Nursing Assistant (SRNA) who excels in this role:

  • Under the supervision of an RN, performs basic patient care activities.
  • Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and assist in developing patient-specific anesthesia care plans under supervision
  • Administer and manage anesthesia (general, regional, local) under the direction of a CRNA or anesthesiologist
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes during surgical procedures
  • Assist with airway management, including intubation and ventilation support
  • Provide post-anesthesia care, including patient monitoring, pain management, and documentation

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a High School Diploma (or equivalent). Additional requirements include:

  • State Registered Nursing Assistant (SRNA) certification or Certified Nursing Assistant certification (CNA)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire
  • Handle with Care certification within 30 days of hire and annually
