Game Stop - 1920 Bypass Road - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests; inform guests about promotions and trade-in program; assist guests in meeting gaming needs and upsell items;
Process guest purchases and returns via the POS system; complete Omni-Channel orders daily; ensure store areas are clean, organized, and merchandised;
Safeguard company assets through inventory control and loss-prevention practices; conduct store inventory counts and restock merchandise;
Support store management in meeting sales, profit, and shrink goals; complete required administrative and operational duties including bank deposits and closeout paperwork;
Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates in the absence of management
