DUTIES INCLUDE (but Are Not Limited To)

• Performing opening & closing duties as needed
• Working weekdays & Saturdays (some Sundays during the Holidays)
• Consistently meeting & exceeding sales quotas set by management
• Welcoming customers & offering assistance
• Maintaining all store policies & procedures
• Proactively engaging and interacting with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience
• Providing expert product knowledge and styling assistance
• Managing sales and handling transactions
• Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the entire store
• Updating racks and mannequins with the latest arrivals
• Creating displays for the sales floor and windows
• Keeping up-to-date with all Special Promotions
• Following company procedure to receive, open & unpack store merchandise
• Managing inventory & the efficient fulfillment of orders into and out of the warehouse
• Tagging & barcoding new inventory with speed & accuracy
