Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with badge and entry procedures, and help support a professional environment for employees, patients, and authorized guests;
Communicate with site contacts, emergency personnel, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, post activities, and changing conditions at the location
