Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Fri 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM, Sat 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six‑month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions as directed by site policies, and assist with visitor screening and/or badge procedures.
• Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts, following post orders, and assisting with de‑escalation during disruptive or high‑traffic situations.

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
