• Reconcile media invoices against campaign budgets and vendor records
• Review reports and spreadsheets to identify discrepancies and missing information
• Maintain accurate tracking documents and reconciliation logs
• Support media, finance, and account teams with billing‑related tasks
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding invoice questions and corrections
• Assist with campaign reporting and data validation
• Ensure media documentation is organized and up to date
• Help improve processes and identify efficiencies within reconciliation workflows

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently

• Experience with spreadsheets, bookkeeping, finance, accounting, operations, or marketing
• Previous administrative, coordinator, or agency experience
• Familiarity with advertising, media, or digital marketing is a plus but not required
