Compensation

Compensation for this position is based on relevant experience and is among the highest relative to regional industry standards, including retirement benefits and full health coverage.

Position Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential remodeling/construction and possess a strong skill set from rough to finish carpentry, as well as effective communication skills. As a lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for ensuring quality workmanship and leading a team of carpenters to deliver exceptional results on time.

Experience managing crew and subcontracted labor, including assigning work, scheduling, and performance.

The Ideal Candidate
  • 10+ years experience in residential remodeling/construction
  • Eye for detail & quality control
  • Facilitating daily operations, calculate and schedule materials needed
  • Coordinate project schedule
  • Ability to read project plans/construction documents, drawings, and related
  • Computer savvy including MS Office
  • Ensure Safety protocols
  • Knowledge of best building practices.
