Do you love to dance and enjoy inspiring others? Looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity where you can teach, connect with the community, and help adults discover (or rediscover) the joy of dance?

The Town of Winchester Recreation Department is seeking enthusiastic, engaging, and dependable Adult Dance Instructors to lead a variety of dance classes for our community. We're looking for instructors with experience in any dance style, including Ballroom, Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Line Dancing, Hip Hop, Latin, Swing, Contemporary, Country, Salsa, or other specialty genres. Whether you teach beginners, experienced dancers, or specialty fitness dance classes, we'd love to hear from you!

Competitive Hourly Rate (based on qualifications and experience) $35 - $60/hour

As an Adult Dance Instructor, you'll:

• Plan and lead fun, engaging, and welcoming dance classes for adults of all experience levels.
• Teach dance fundamentals, techniques, and choreography in a supportive environment.
• Create an inclusive atmosphere that encourages participants to learn, stay active, and have fun.
• Adapt instruction to accommodate a variety of skill levels and abilities.
• Work with Recreation Department staff to develop and grow exciting dance programming for the community.

• Have experience teaching or performing in one or more dance styles.
• Enjoy helping others build confidence and learn new skills.
• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and positivity to every class.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for participants of all abilities.
• Love sharing your passion for dance with others.
