Medical Secretary

• Serve as a frontline representative of BILH Primary Care
• Provide high standards of customer service to patients and staff
• Handle phone interactions, registration, scheduling, co-pay collection, and billing
• Make appointment confirmation calls
• Help patients receive the right care at the right time
• Create a positive first impression and patient experience

• High School Degree or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high volume customer service related position
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong PC skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Staff must be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment

Demonstrates strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities while managing high-volume interactions in a healthcare setting. Proficient in multitasking and ensuring a positive patient experience through efficient appointment scheduling and registration.
