Winchester Public Schools is seeking a Special Education Co‑Teacher to provide support services for students on IEPs within the general education setting, as well as in pull‑out and potentially remote settings.

• Provide support services for students on IEPs within the general education setting, pull‑out, and potentially remote settings.
• Develop and implement new IEPs, conduct and analyze assessments.
• Facilitate TEAM meetings.
• Communicate and collaborate with students, staff, and families.

• Valid DESE Teacher Certification.
• Strong working knowledge of developing and implementing new IEPs, assessments, TEAM meetings.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively with students, staff, and families.
• Training and/or certification in specialized reading/writing and/or de‑escalation programs preferred.
• Ideally, Master’s degree plus 3 years experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Master degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.

Compensation Range: $63,787-$136,191.

Full‑Time.
