Responsibilities- Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies and safe nursing practices
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and nursing support staff on assigned units
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Carry out physician's orders accurately
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and resident-centered care
- Current, unencumbered Massachusetts LPN license (required)
- Graduate of an approved LPN program
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to handle situations professionally and with tact
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
