Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Pediatric Nurse Practitioner role based in Winchester, MA. The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner will provide direct primary care to pediatric patients, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and development of individualized care plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting well‑child visits, managing acute and chronic conditions, performing age‑appropriate screenings, and administering immunizations. The role also involves counseling families on preventive care, nutrition, growth and development, and holistic wellness approaches aligned with practice philosophy.

The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner will collaborate closely with other providers, document care in the electronic health record, and participate in care coordination and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications
  • Strong clinical expertise in Pediatric Nursing and Primary Care to provide comprehensive, age‑appropriate care to children and adolescents.
  • Experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with the ability to practice autonomously within a collaborative team.
  • Solid foundation in Medicine and Nursing principles, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence‑informed practice.
  • Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts; national certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP or FNP with strong pediatric focus) preferred.
  • Experience in outpatient pediatric or family practice settings strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with children, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and basic clinical documentation requirements.
