About the Practice

Join an established , highly respected team at Merrimack Valley Family Medicine. We offer full-spectrum outpatient primary care with a compassionate, patient-first philosophy.

Position Details:

Full-time: 40 hours/week (32 clinical, 8 admin)
No after-hours call or weekend coverage

Team-based care:
Work alongside 3 MDs and 1 NP-PCP.Patient Population:
Full lifespan (newborns to adults)
Care Model:
Collaborative, team-based primary care

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care, including wellness exams, chronic disease management, and acute care visits across all age groups.

Formulate evidence-based diagnostic and treatment plans in collaboration with supervising/partner physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Order, interpret, and track diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging.

Educate patients and families on preventive health, health maintenance, and disease management.

Maintain accurate, timely electronic health record (EHR) documentation.

Qualifications:

Education:

Graduate of an accredited Master’s in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year practicing as an APP in Primary Care. 3+ years preferred.

Licensure:
Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Massachusetts (or eligible).

Certifications:

National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).Controlled Substances:
