Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hospital facilities, systems, equipment, and structures;
Respond to service requests and investigate and resolve calls;
Conduct rounds and daily shift inspections of facilities and utility systems;
Monitor Life Safety Code compliance and report violations;
Assist Engineering Department with additional duties such as minor carpentry and painting when qualified
