Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN NIGHTS

Signature Healthcare of Muncie is a 185-bed facility that offers integrated services across multiple states. The position is for a licensed professional nurse (LPN) who will support patient care and oversee nursing assistants.

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise the day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Possess an active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Maintain current active CPR certification.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills.
• Show ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and productivity.
• Exhibit excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
