We are currently seeking an experienced Mold Maker to join a growing manufacturing team in Winchester, TN. This is a day shift, temp-to-hire opportunity for a skilled professional who can work independently and take ownership of complex mold builds and repairs.

• Perform final inspection, complete work documentation, maintain material identification, and move work pieces
• Fit and assemble molds, including:
• Transferring and locating holes
• Fitting and sizing mold components
• Checking cooling and heating circuits
• Installing mold components in the spotting press
• Spotting and final inspection of molds
• Installing ejector and runner system components
• Checking assembled molds

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 10+ years of experience as a Mold Maker
• Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Red Seal certification is an asset

• Standing and walking for most of the workday
• Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Periodic climbing, reaching above shoulder height, and bending below the waist
• Exposure to varying noise levels, temperatures, dust, fumes, and chemicals
• Use of required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, and masks
