• Lead Lean initiatives, eliminate bottlenecks, conduct time studies, and cut out waste.
• Use CAD to design custom tooling, fixtures, and jigs that make production safer and more efficient.
• Take the reins on capital equipment—from initial project scoping and vendor selection to installation and final commissioning.
• Partner closely with maintenance, quality, and production teams to tackle real‑time troubleshooting and equipment reliability.
• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
• Develop and maintain process documentation including process flows, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Design and implement tooling, fixtures, jigs, and other manufacturing aids to improve safety, efficiency, and repeatability.
• Identify opportunities for automation and equipment improvements.
• Support equipment troubleshooting and reliability improvements in partnership with maintenance and production teams.
• Develop plant layouts and manufacturing cell designs to optimize workflow, ergonomics, and material movement.
• Support facility improvements, line balancing, and production capacity improvements.
• Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or related discipline).
• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience inside a fast‑moving production environment.
• Proficiency with CAD (Solid Works/AutoCAD) and a strong grasp of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Mechanical assembling, mechanical maintenance, and mechanical engineering experience.
