AMEDISYS HOME HEALTH is seeking a Part-Time RN Case Manager in Winchester, TN to support patients in their home. You will assess patients, coordinate a care plan with the team, and educate patients on self-care while supervising LPNs and HHAs.
On-call coverage and ongoing clinical development are part of the role. Qualifications include 1+ year RN experience, active RN license for assigned state, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
