Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with Meditech experience for our Medical Surgical unit. This role requires effective patient care skills and the ability to provide compassionate support to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Medical Surgical unit.
- Monitor patient health and record vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Assist in patient assessments and maintain accurate medical records.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee.
- Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg experience.
- BLS certification required.
