American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a night shift (7p-7a) travel assignment requiring 2+ years of experience and a TN or compact RN license.

• Med/Surg unit within a Level II trauma acute care hospital
• 44-bed unit with a 1:6 patient ratio
• Serves patients of all ages
• Meditech EMR experience required
• Night shift schedule (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Every other weekend required
• As-needed floating and on-call responsibilities, with a required 30-60 minute arrival time if called in
• 13-week assignment length

• Active RN license (TN or compact) required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Meditech EMR experience required
• Professional demeanor expected

• Facility includes a 10-bed ICU, 12-bed Geriatric Psychiatry Unit, 12-bed Acute Inpatient Physical Rehabilitation Unit, Skilled Nursing Unit, Sleep Lab, Cardiac Cath Lab, five OR suites, two Endoscopy suites, and a 13-bay Emergency Room
• Scrubs of any color accepted; casual wear and hoodies not permitted
• Candidates must reside 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify for the travel rate
• Not eligible if previously employed as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Must not be employed elsewhere on a full-time basis
