Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in Medical Surgical to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population. This role requires proficiency in the Meditech electronic health record system.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in a Medical Surgical unit.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Must possess a valid RN license in Tennessee.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Meditech experience is required.
