Job Overview

Full time Nanny Housekeeper role in Sparsholt, Winchester SO21. A dedicated, well‑experienced and qualified nanny housekeeper is needed to care for three children aged 6, 5 and 3 years Monday to Friday 7am‑6pm. The hours will remain the same all year round, 55 hours per week, and this is a long‑term position with no fixed end date.

• Provide full childcare support for three children, including supervision, play, and routine activities.
• Drop off and pick up older children for school and other appointments.
• Maintain household cleanliness and organisation: keep the home tidy, manage bed linens, laundry and general house upkeep.
• Prepare meals and occasionally batch‑cook for the weekend.
• Act as a driver on country roads; an automatic nanny car will be provided.
• Occasionally babysit or act as a proxy parent overnight, with notice and extra pay.
• Assist on holidays if required, though this will be occasional.

• Minimum 3 years in a similar nanny/housekeeper role.
• Childcare qualification Level 3 or above (e.g., CCF or equivalent).
• Good experience and confidence in driving on rural roads.
• Ability to cook confidently; batch‑booking for weekends may be required.
• Positive, proactive, energetic, and outgoing personality.

  7am‑6pm, Monday‑Friday (55 hours per week).

• Driving required – automatic nanny car provided.
• Pets: chickens in the garden; a dog may be added in a few years.
• Job Start: ASAP, with handover from the current nanny leaving in March.

• Up to £20 gross per hour, £4766.66 gross per month, £57,200 gross per annum (subject to experience and qualification level).
• Funding available for ongoing professional development.
• Permanent position.
