Job Description

The Cafe at Winchester Cathedral are seeking keen individuals to assist within the Food & Beverage Team in order to exceed the expectations of all of our guests.

Pay Rates to - £12.71 + 12% Holiday Pay Per Hour

Immediate Start

Weekend and School Holiday availability is vital for this role, applicants may be expected to be able to work Saturdays and Sundays.

What will you be doing as a Food and Beverage Assistant:

• Assist in the preparation of food and snacks.
• Keep the catering areas in a clean and maintained at all times.
• Provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers.
• Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service.
• Opportunities to assist with events we hold, giving a great variety of work and experience!
• No experience required, just an appetite for excellent customer service, an appreciation for good food, full training provided!

Have a contagious passion for food and/or customer service

• You draw satisfaction from working within a collaborative and inclusive team environment
• Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective
• Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus
• Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
