Chartwells is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations on a part-time basis (25 hours per week) at our Winchester site. You will ensure kitchens and counters run smoothly and deliver high-quality food and customer service.
The role requires at least two years in catering, team leadership, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate. You will train staff, monitor KPIs, uphold health and safety standards, and maintain a positive brand image for Compass
