The Chestnut Horse is a freehold independent business just a ten minute drive from Winchester, set in the heart of the beautiful Itchen Valley. Last year our pub has undergone a full refurbishment and rebrand includinga brand new kitchen and a fresh approach. Home smoked trout caught just one mile away, exciting deli offering and a relaxed dining experience and with our 7 log burners and our 40 cover courtyard we offer a relaxing experience for every season.

Package: up to £60,000

We are looking for a real 'people person'with high levels of emotional intelligence to join us who can ensure our guests leave with happy memories and big smiles on their faces.

You will be joining a fabulous business where you will have huge scope to make a real impact. This is a hands on role you will need to be a natural at developing a team of great people around you.

This is a business offering morning coffees to local walkers and open until late on the weekend and you should be happy working in a busy late night pub and able to get to and from work in this village setting outside Winchester.

This is a full time role, working across 5 days per week, with two consecutive days off per week and 28 days holiday entitlement.
