Vehicle Technician

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

Conduct diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
Communicate repair issues effectively to service managers and advisors
Use manufacturer diagnostic equipment for thorough testing and repair
Complete repairs within agreed time frames adhering to company standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment as a Vehicle Technician
Keep accurate records of work carried out and parts used
Assist in identifying additional repair needs and communicate with team efficiently

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Experience as a Vehicle Technician is essential
Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance or similar
Time-served technicians with relevant experience will be considered
Full UK driving licence is mandatory
Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
A team player attitude and good communication skills
