Skilled Careers is seeking a reliable Multi Trader to join our social housing maintenance team in Winchester. You'll carry out reactive and planned repair work across occupied and void properties, delivering high-quality workmanship and improving tenant satisfaction.
You will apply your trade skills in plumbing, carpentry, plastering and tiling, maintaining safety and completing reports to meet housing association KPIs. The role offers a supportive environment to develop multi-trade skills.
