Location: Winchester (Commutable from Southampton, Eastleigh, Chandler's Ford, Andover, Basingstoke)
Salary: £36,000 – £45,000 Basic (Reliable base salary with zero corporate target pressure)

- Performing advanced electrical and mechanical fault-finding across petrol, diesel, hybrid, and electric vehicles (EV)
- Reading and interpreting CAN bus communications, sensor/actuator data, oscilloscope readings, and complex wiring schematics
- Resolving intricate module communication issues and major mechanical faults from initial diagnosis through to final repair
- Serving as the workshop's go-to technical authority on tricky diagnostic cases
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent experience)
- Experience: Proven diagnostic mastery within a dealership or high-standard independent setting
- Skills: Methodical problem-solving approach with deep expertise in electrical diagnostics and live data analysis
- Licence: Valid full UK Driving Licence (EV/Hybrid accreditations are a strong bonus)
