Employment Type: Part‑Time

Compensation: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Bookkeeper & Administrative Support Specialist to manage day‑to‑day financial operations and provide general administrative assistance. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting experience who is comfortable working independently in a part‑time, onsite setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain financial records using Quick Books
    , including:
  • Accounts payable
  • Perform accurate bank reconciliations and maintain all bank account records
  • Monitor and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
  • Support monthly close‑out processes
Billing & Financial Systems
  • Oversee and manage billing operations using Biller Genie
  • Ensure timely invoicing and payment tracking
  • Resolve discrepancies in billing and payments
  • Prepare monthly financial reports
    , including:
  • Cash flow analysis
  • Summary of expenses and revenue
  • Assist in identifying financial trends and variances
Administrative Support
  • Maintain organized financial and administrative records
  • Assist with general office administrative tasks as needed
  • Support internal coordination related to financial operations
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
  • Proficiency in Quick Books (required)
  • Experience with Biller Genie (required) or similar billing platforms (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Bank reconciliations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience in small to mid‑sized business accounting
  • Reliable and consistent availability for part‑time onsite work
