7/21 (Contract to Hire).
- Training
Hours:
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST/EST (respective time zone) - Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST/EST (respective time zone)
- Hybrid:
Winchester, VA (on site 3 days per week, any days; onsite required during training). - Note:
No time off in the first 6 months.
Supports mortgage loan processing by pulling data, completing orders, and communicating with vendors and internal teams. Provides foundational experience to advance into administrative and broader home lending roles.
Responsibilities- Pull tasks requesting data and documents for mortgage loans and complete the orders, follow‑ups or other actions necessary to complete the order.
- Maintain written and verbal communication with vendors and employees.
- Ensure a high level of attention to detail to complete orders.
- Create initial disclosures for applications that meet requirements.
- Review purchase contracts to ensure compliance.
- Assist in other mortgage processes and collaboration within Home Lending.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Experience with document review or similar background is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible days on site for the hybrid schedule.
- Basic mortgage or financial industry knowledge a plus.
Pay: $16.50 per hour; $24.75 overtime.
