Job Title
Qualifications:
High School graduate or GED required; a degree in business administration or similar previous experience preferred
Minimum two years of office experience preferably in a similar role
Strong communication skills both orally and in writing; excellent proofreading and writing skills (grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.) required
Professional decorum
Ability to work with all stakeholders to foster relationships with students, families, schools and community members
Experience handling or managing expenditure accounts is preferred
Obtain and maintain the commission of a notary public
Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel), Google (specifically Docs and Sheets)
Ability to learn and maintain systems to include the student information system and any other system utilized to perform work
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Self-motivated and works well individually and with others
Maintain confidentiality and safeguard information
Pay Rate:
Administrative Support Grade C5b Salary Scale (credit is based on years of full-time experience in a related position)
Assignment:
Full time / 12 months / 245 days
Start Date:
