Shift: 12-hour day shifts as needed
Pay Range: $16.50 - 22.00 an/hr

- Greets and assists visitors along with assisting in maintaining the lobby area
- Answers main-line switchboard; answers questions, takes messages and routes calls as required
- Monitors designated emergency panels; alerts appropriate staff for concerns and occurrences
- Keeps daily record of residents leaving and returning to community
- May provide administrative support across community as assigned Keeps informed about community events, special scheduling and other daily functions
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Flexibility and Adaptability:
Ability to adjust to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment - Multitasking
Experience:
Proven experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously - Administrative
Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years in an administrative role - Microsoft Proficiency:
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Communication

Excellent written and oral communication abilities - Confidentiality:
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Language Proficiency:
Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
