We are seeking an experienced Estate Administration Paralegal who thrives in complex matters, enjoys responsibility, and has the potential to increase responsibilities over time. What We are Looking For- Has prior estate administration experience and understands the life cycle of an estate
- Enjoys managing multiple matters and deadlines at once

- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail

- Ability to manage a high workload while maintaining quality
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Conduct estate administration intake and introductory calls
- Prepare for and assist with client meetings and consultation calls
- Track and manage estate administration deadlines and workflows
- Communicate with clients, clerks, commissioners, and other professionals
- Review and organize documents received from clients
- Draft estate administration documents such as petitions, affidavits, and qualification documents
- Draft trust administration and related documents as assigned
- Assist with guardianship and conservatorship documentation
- Provide notarial services as needed
- Manage estate administration matters with attention to deadlines, details, and client experience
- Serve as a resource to other team members by sharing knowledge and best practices
- Assist with reviewing workflows, procedures, and processes to improve efficiency and consistency
Support training, quality control, and matter audits as needed - Collaborate closely with attorneys and senior staff to ensure smooth progression of each matter
- Answer phones and support intake during assigned periods
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments
- Assist with internal projects, training, and team initiatives
- Participate in internal meetings
