Parts Advisor

Our client is a Main Car Dealership who is looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team.

Working within a small team, you will be focused on delivering a modern and efficient parts service. The main priority will be to maintain a high level of service to the Workshop to ensure technicians remain productive, ensure electronic up-sell VHCs are completed promptly.

As a Parts Advisor, you will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts department, from goods‑in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns and liaising with Service over parts related matters. You will be customer focused and able to prioritise your workload to ensure you meet customers’ expectations.

• To have main dealer experience as a Parts Advisor with at least 2 Years Experience
• Preferably to have Autoline/Kerridge experience
• To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work
• To have a valid driving licence

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.30am to 1pm
