Malloy Chevrolet in Winchester is looking for an A or B Level Automotive Service Technician to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for an A or B-level technician looking for a stable, well-equipped shop with a strong customer base and steady workflow. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

- Diagnose and repair various automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and more
- Perform thorough inspections and identify potential issues or safety concerns
- Accurately document work performed and parts used in dealership systems
- Communicate clearly with service advisors about findings, estimates, and repair timelines
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge through OEM certification programs and technical bulletins
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work area
- Support less experienced technicians and foster a collaborative team environment
Qualifications:
- Experience:
2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred - B level or higher qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
- Certifications:
ASE certifications and/or OEM factory training preferred - Technical
Skills:
Strong understanding of diagnostic tools, service software, and repair procedures - Work Ethic:
Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship - Communication:
Able to communicate clearly with both teammates and customers - Team Player:
Willing to collaborate and assist with shop-wide goals - License:
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record - Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
