Automotive Service Technician or B Level

Malloy Chevrolet in Winchester is looking for an A or B Level Automotive Service Technician to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for an A or B-level technician looking for a stable, well-equipped shop with a strong customer base and steady workflow. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Diagnose and repair various automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and more
• Perform thorough inspections and identify potential issues or safety concerns
• Accurately document work performed and parts used in dealership systems
• Communicate clearly with service advisors about findings, estimates, and repair timelines
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer specifications
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge through OEM certification programs and technical bulletins
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work area
• Support less experienced technicians and foster a collaborative team environment

• Experience:
  
  2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• B level or higher qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
• Certifications:
  
  ASE certifications and/or OEM factory training preferred
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong understanding of diagnostic tools, service software, and repair procedures
• Work Ethic:
  Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship

  Able to communicate clearly with both teammates and customers

  Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
