We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. While Subaru experience is a plus, it is not required-we welcome skilled technicians from all backgrounds who are eager to grow and contribute to a high-performing service department.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of automotive systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, and electrical.
- Utilize diagnostic tools, technical resources, and repair procedures to efficiently identify and resolve issues.
- Complete factory-recommended maintenance, video inspections, and multi-point inspections.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail in all repairs and services.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with service advisors regarding vehicle status and recommended repairs.
- Adhere to manufacturer and dealership repair standards, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Stay current with required training and certifications.
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional automotive repair and diagnostic experience.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a variety of makes and models.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- ASE certifications preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
