An Instructional Designer designs and develops learning materials and programs, creating content that aligns with organizational goals and enhances employee skills.

This requisition is in addition to JP16265, located in Pensacola, FL. The leader would also consider applicants from Winchester, VA. Twelve Instructional Designers will be hired between Winchester and Pensacola. This requisition is only for candidates assigned to Winchester.

We prefer candidates who reside within the local area, within city or town limits.

Hybrid with the expectation to report onsite a minimum of 2 days per week, ensuring to meet NFCU Hybrid Guidelines. Hybrid expectations will change in April 2026 to a minimum of 3 days per week; however 2 days per week will be required until the anticipated change in policy.

The first week may require the applicant to be fully onsite to accommodate onboarding.

Contract will run until 06/30/2026 with any extension based on performance and business unit needs at that time.
