The Continental Sales Vertical ‘Outdoor Living Solution’ focuses on delivering vinyl pool liner and decking solutions. The role involves enhancing reporting and data visibility to support business decisions.

• Consolidate multiple data sources, create standardized reports and document in centralized SharePoint.
• Create Power BI dashboards to facilitate regular team discussions and focus.
• Harmonize meeting structure, including follow‑ups on defined actions at the account level.
• Cooperate with cross‑functional teams to drive aligned focus.
• Support daily work of the sales coordination team.

• Knowledge of Continental Outdoor Living Solutions product offerings.
• Basic understanding of customer landscape and market mechanisms in this business field.
• Supply chain basics.
• Sales data & KPI management (e.g., forecasting, order management, customer success management).

• Currently enrolled in a U.S.‑accredited college, university, or technical school with a minimum 2.8 GPA.
• Pursuing a degree in Business disciplines, or a related field of study.
• Proficient in business software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and internet applications (extra points for Power BI).

• This is a paid, full‑time summer internship; dates will be through the summer months.
• Relocation and housing assistance are not provided.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; sponsorship for employment visas is not available now or in the future for this role.
