This is a full-time, on-site Estimator role based in Winchester, VA. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals. Core responsibilities include determining resource requirements, material quantities, and labor costs to ensure project feasibility. The role also involves working collaboratively with clients, designers, and the sales team to provide precise and timely estimates, addressing any project-related inquiries, and making adjustments as needed based on project modifications.

• Proficiency in reading blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess project scopes, calculate costs, and identify potential challenges
• Experience with project estimation tools and software, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of materials used in residential construction
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, architects, and internal teams
• Ability to work on-site in Winchester, VA and adapt to a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience as an Estimator in construction or a related field is necessary
