** Job Summary*
* The  
** Dental Laboratory Full Technician
** is responsible for fabricating full and partial dentures, including setting teeth, waxing, bending wire, processing, finishing, and repairing removable prosthetics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to producing quality dental restorations while maintaining laboratory safety and OSHA compliance.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish

+ Set denture teeth and perform wax-ups

+ Bend wire for removable prosthetics

+ Process, finish, and polish dentures

+ Complete denture relines and repairs

+ Fabricate occlusal rims and custom trays

+ Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and turnaround times

+ Serve as Associate Lab Manager when needed in the manager's absence

+ Follow OSHA guidelines and laboratory safety procedures

+ Cross-train in all areas of the dental laboratory

+ Collaborate with laboratory teammates to complete cases efficiently

+ Perform additional duties as assigned

** Qualifications*
* ** Required*
* + High school diploma or equivalent

+ Professional experience fabricating dentures from start to finish

+ Ability to successfully complete a hands-on bench assessment

+ Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

+ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented laboratory environment

+ Excellent organizational and time-management skills

+ Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, during normal laboratory business hours

** Preferred*
* + Same-day denture experience

+

Experience with full and partial removable prosthetics

+ Knowledge of dental laboratory safety standards and OSHA compliance
