Premier Surgical Network, a proud partner of Advanced Reconstructive Surgery Alliance (ARSA), is actively expanding its Breast Surgery team in New Jersey. With growing patient demand and strong hospital and community partnerships, we are seeking a fellowship-trained breast surgeon to join our collaborative, physician-led network with immediate opportunities in Monmouth County New Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity for surgeons who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered breast care and who value collaboration, autonomy, and long-term growth within a well-established surgical network.

• Evaluate patients regarding their breast health
• Explain diagnoses and staging of breast cancer
• Discuss treatment options with patients and families
• Perform breast surgical procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to deliver comprehensive care

• Thorough and up-to-date working knowledge of breast care and breast cancer
• Technical skills to operate medical equipment and tools related to breast ultrasound and breast procedures
• A caring and compassionate approach to patient care
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered outcomes

• Degree in Surgery (MD or DO)
• Successful completion of a Surgery residency
• Completion of a Breast Surgical Oncology fellowship

• Established referral base with strong institutional and hospital partnerships
