The Department of Special Education is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Adjunct Professor to teach our graduate-level course:
Strategies for Gifted Learners. This is a Part-Time position that is fully remote.
This role is critical in preparing educators to apply research-based instructional strategies to educate gifted students. The course is part of a 4 course endorsement certificate.
The ideal candidate will combine academic rigor with practical experience, delivering engaging instruction in an asynchronous online environment to accommodate working professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Instructional Delivery:
Prepare and execute engaging weekly modules to be presented in an asynchronous format. - Student Support:
Provide timely feedback on assignments, hold virtual office hours, and mentor students on best practices in the field. - Compliance:
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and final grading in accordance with university policy.
